Exhibit Surveys, VERIS Receive EEIAC Certification

Dallas, 26 January 2006 – The Exhibition and Event Industry Audit Commission (EEIAC) announces that Exhibit Surveys, Inc. in Red Bank, N.J. and VERIS Consulting, LLC in Reston, Va. have been approved for the industry-wide attendance certification program conducted by EEIAC.

According to EEIAC procedures, firms that apply for certification must provide documentation as to their competence to perform independent audits; must agree in advance to conform to EEIAC published standards for the conduct of trade show or consumer event audits, and must provide copies of actual completed audits. Recertification is required each calendar year. Once a provider has been certified, exhibitions and events are eligible to display the “EEIAC Certified” service mark.

“We proudly welcome Exhibit Surveys, Inc. and VERIS Consulting, LLC to this innovative program,” comments EEIAC Chairman of the Board David Korse. “These companies are committed to raising the quality and credibility of our industry and they are at the forefront of what we hope to see as standard practices for all companies who participate in exhibitions and events.”

About EEIAC

The Exhibition and Event Industry Audit Commission (EEIAC) is a not for profit Texas corporation organized in 2005 for the purpose of managing and overseeing the exhibition industry's independent audit processes. The EEIAC is managed by a Board of Commissioners, the majority of whom represent exhibiting organizations and which also includes representatives of advertising agencies and exhibition organizers. EEIAC has promulgated and published two separate Standards for the Performance of independent audits. Among its other responsibilities, EEIAC also establishes Rules and Regulations for the certification of audit providers who wish to use the EEIAC registered service mark. EEIAC's mission is to promote the use of independent audits in order to provide exhibiting companies with greater transparency about the quantity and quality of attendance at trade shows in North America. In order to use the EEIAC service mark an exhibition must participate in annual attendance audits that are conducted according to EEIAC standards.
